SJCMA Board Meetings are scheduled on the second Thursday of the month. Occasionally, meeting dates will change so that we are able to establish a quorum. You will be notified via email on these changes. For more information on the current year schedule and the current agenda, please visit our documents page to download the information.

SJCMA is voluntary, so it is your choice to join or not. If you choose to join, you will receive the following benefits, in addition to those listed above:
Dues for SJCMA are $20 a pay period. If you are interested in signing up, please download the member ship form and return it to sjcmaorg@gmail.com.
For withdrawal of membership, please refer to SJCMA Bylaws Article IX, Section 5: Persons who join SJCMA as a dues paying member, shall remain members of SJCMA until they leave employment or move to another unit. SJCMA members that wish to withdraw membership, must do so not earlier than ninety (90) days nor later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the current contract (MOU).
